We pursued B Corp certification to verify that our practices reflect our values, challenging us to continuously measure and benchmark our progress.
Our Just label, issued by the International Living Future Institute is another way we demonstrate accountability and foster transparency in business practices.
Above all, we aim to root the decisions and choices we make in justice and equity—for our clients, our team, and our collective community.
Carbon Accounting
In pursuit of a net-positive environmental impact, we engaged with the UNH Climate Action Clinic to help us account for our own office emissions – including office operation, commuting and travel. We discovered that our energy and waste reduction and walk/bike to work habits make a difference. Our total emissions are about a tenth of a typical office.
